name is Jim, you've probably already figured that out. I'm divorced, turned
a young 62 on 10-21-02, I'm 6'1" a slim 170 lbs with a 34" waist.
I don't smoke, am a morning person, type A personality, exercise daily,
cardio and push-ups, sit-ups, etc. In good health, take no medicine, and
chew with my originals. I was married for 25 years, now divorced for 5.
I have blue eyes, reddish brown/gray hair..... and not a lot of it. One person in their personals ad ask for "hirsute", she need not read any further.
I like dancing to rock, love the Wall Flowers - One Head Light. I like, as you can tell from the right photo, surf fishing from Nags Head to Buxton, riding my 3 wheeled Honda 200S ATV, roller coasters, cooking, nice wine, dining out, love a good joke, don't mine laughing at myself, and do quite often. I was born in the cusp between Libra and Scorpio on October 21 for you zodiac followers. For the ones following the chinese twelve year cycle, I was born under the sign of the Dragon - passionate, intellectual, and having a complex life. I started painting with oils in the late sixties, then to air brush, and now some computer rendering. I have two children both live in northern Virginia, my daughter (27) graduated GMU May 2000, and my son (25) graduated VA Tech in December 99. I lived in a suit for twenty years, but now only to see customers. I don't have time to like things, but take time to love many. I believe in chemistry, if it's not there it won't be. Favorite movies Casablanca, American President, Seven Days and Six Nights, Honeysuckle Rose, and Pure Country. My rock stations are 92.5, 104.1 and in contrast classical on 90.9 or CD's. Country music, sit coms, beer (never had one), and most four letter words are not my strong points. I like guns, although I don't hunt, I do have a pistol and trap range. As you have seen I have a one person engineering consulting business, eighteen years, and have fifteen electronic and mechancial patents you can view under the "Patents" button off the main page. I moved to Linden the first of 97 from the Manassas area, Catharpin in particular, I've lived in Boston, D.C., St. Pete, Dallas, et al. Traveled to England four times a year for eight years on business, got to be a real drag. Been in most of the 48, but always came back to northern Virginia. When I lived in Catharpin I ran three times a week for thirteen years, now I have 44 acres and power walk over it each morning, about two miles up and down my "hills" in 25 minutes. Can split a cord of wood in 1.5 hours, ride a bike 35-40 miles in 3 hours, and can bend over and touch all five fingers of each hand to the floor. I designed and built my last two homes, everything except the foundation, both 5,000 square feet, the first was featured in two magazines as the largest passive solar envelope, the present more conventional rambler has three garages and houses my business. If you are a romantic as I, you would love the sunsets off my thirty two foot deck over looking the valley, they are spectacular.
Who would I like to meet?
She would be a warm non-smoking slim person with muscle tone, honest 8 or smaller, with a small rear end, or if her shoulders make her a 10 and not her rear end. Comfortable dressed or in jeans. Be young at heart and be between 45 and 58. She would like to show and receive affection, enjoy being kissed all over, enjoy sex and not just to please her mate, and have a need to be close. She would be able to dance a 30 minute rock set without a respirator. She should be looking for someone to spend the next twenty years with. If her sexual need has diminished to only a few times a week then we would not be a match. Living distance is open. I hope she would like some of my likes, or she might need to train me to some of hers. Who knows, I might like to two step, play golf (I can hit it a mile, I'm just not sure where it's going to land), get better at tennis, or go to the theater,.......... with the right person. But she should do regular exercise, both cardiovascular and muscle tone!

Having a rare prime rib, a robust red wine and white chocolate mousse at Wind Mill Point at mile post 15 in Nags Head, then going to Kelly's at mile post 10 and dancing rock till 2, then to Bobs for breakfast, and then to the room and ............., but in contrast I would also like a quite evening with you, a fire, the sunset, and a nice wine.
