Non Moving PC Mouse

The finger is detected by crossing IR beams. With the detectors at the boarders, out of harms way, the keyboard can be hit with a hammer, has a MTBF in years not strokes, no finger pressure so you can touch type, submergible, is inherently intrinsically safe, and has no moving parts. Fluid shut off valve and monitoring of fill level for above ground storage tanks. The valve can either cutoff fluid mechanically or by signaling a monitoring computer to cutoff the filling trucks pump. The level of fill indication is visual and/or electrical and shows a percent of fill and a full condition.
